- Initial consultation

An initial online meeting allows us to discuss your personal goals and organise your lessons according to our mutual availability.

This initial consultation is free of charge.

- Lessons

Lessons take place via the Zoom platform or WhatsApp for short sessions.

Zoom access is free of charge for students. The meeting link will be sent before the first lesson.

- Learning materials

No textbook is required.

All necessary learning materials are provided and sent after each lesson.

- Rates

Rates include lesson preparation and all learning materials, but do not include any bank transfer fees.

In accordance with Italian law, a €2.00 stamp duty is added to invoices exceeding €77.47 that are not subject to VAT

- Lesson scheduling and payment

. The lesson schedule is agreed together each month, according to our mutual availability.

. Once the schedule has been agreed, lessons must be paid for in advance, no later than 2 days before the first lesson of the month, in order to reserve the scheduled time slots.

. An invoice will be issued, and payment is to be made by bank transfer.

- Cancellation, rescheduling and late arrival

• Any cancellation or request to reschedule a lesson must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp. The lesson may then be rescheduled within the same calendar month, subject to availability.

• Any cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be considered as having taken place and cannot be rescheduled, except in genuinely exceptional circumstances.

• If I need to cancel a lesson, it will of course be rescheduled and will not be subject to the usual rescheduling time limit.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the lesson will be considered as having taken place.

- Refunds

If you decide to discontinue your lessons or do not attend lessons that have already been booked, the corresponding lesson fees remain due and cannot be refunded.
