Additional Information

A first online meeting will help define your personal objectives and set your course schedule according to our mutual availability.

The initial meeting is free of charge.

- Lessons take place via the Zoom platform or WhatsApp (for short daily sessions).

- Materials : No textbook is required. All necessary materials are provided and will be sent after each class.

- Rates include lesson materials and preparation time, but do not include any bank transfer fees.

As requided by Italian law , a €2.00 Stamp duty is added to invoices exceeding €77.47 not subject to VAT.

- Validity

Each lesson package is valid for one month, starting from the date of the first lesson.

- Cancellation, Rescheduling and Delay Policy

. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp to avoid being charged.

. Any cancellation or rescheduling without 24 hours' notice will be charged at the normal rate.

. Any rescheduled lessons included in a lesson package must be taken within the same calendar month.

. In case of delay: if you do not inform me and are more than 15 minutes late, I will sign out of Zoom, and the lesson will be considered completed.

- Payments:

. An invoice will be issued at the end of the month, and payments are to be made by bank transfer to my account.
